In-Store Collection

  • We are open from Monday to Sunday.

  • Collections are available during the following hours:

    • Hougang Outlet (Opening hours: )

    • Beauty World Centre Outlet (Opening hours: )

    • Clementi Outlet (Opening hours:)

    • Tanjong Pagar Outlet (Opening Hours:)

    • Tampines Outlet (Opening Hours)

    • Toa Payoh Outlet (Opening Hours:)

    • Choa Chu Kang Outlet (Opening Hours)

    • Century Square Outlet is not available for pick up.

  • For a smooth collection, you will need to present your order number or e-receipt in store. The bakes must be checked and verified as correct and in good condition, and a signed acknowledgement on our collection form is required. Our team will advise you on the specific storage instructions before you leave!

  • To ensure your bakes are transported safely, please handle them with care. We recommend keeping your bakes on a level surface at all times. Refrain from swinging the bag that is carrying your bakes, or slinging it over your shoulder.
